ABOUT ME

I am a clinical psychologist trained in Mauritius, Italy, South Africa and the UK, with strong experience in working with adults and children survivors of domestic violence and different forms of abuse, whether sexual, physical, psychological or economic. I also work with couples having relationship issues as well as persons facing family conflicts, life transitions and grief. Additionally, I provide parenting support through psychoeducation and parenting skills development during clinical sessions or workshops in the community. I am skilled in working with individuals presenting clinical symptoms related to anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, borderline personality disorder and other conditions. I employ a mix of interventions tailored to the unique needs of my clients and based on my trainings and skills in Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive -Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Family Mediation, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Play Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
