I am a RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with specialized training in assessment, psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples across a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties. My approach is evidence-based and client-centered, integrating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT-informed strategies. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space while working collaboratively with clients to build insight, resilience, and sustainable coping skills.
